You can delete your Alligent account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.
In the app (instant): open Settings → Security → Delete my account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data right away — no waiting.
By email: if you can't sign in, email support@alligent.io from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my data" and we'll remove it within 30 days.
To remove just one connected account (not your whole Alligent account), open Linked Accounts in Alligent and disconnect it. You can also revoke Alligent's access from the platform directly — e.g. Google Account → Security → Third-party access, or Meta → Settings → Business Integrations.
Separately, generated clips are automatically deleted 7 days after creation as part of our normal privacy-preserving retention — whether or not you delete your account.
Email requests are completed within 30 days; backups are purged on our standard rotation.
