Terms of Service

By using Alligent, a product operated by Sabar Technology, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

Alligent provides tools to create short-form clips and carousels from your videos, and to schedule and publish content to social platforms you connect.

Credits, plans & billing

• The service runs on credits. Each AI action (captions, thumbnails, transcription, etc.) consumes credits; live costs are shown in the app.
• Plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) are monthly subscriptions granting a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing cycle and does not roll over. Top-up packs are one-time purchases whose credits never expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the billing portal — cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
• Except where required by law, fees and used credits are non-refundable. Prices and credit allowances may change, with notice, for future billing periods.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Alligent.

Your content

You retain ownership of the videos and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process and publish that content solely to provide the features you request (e.g. rendering clips and posting to your connected accounts). You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and publish.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload or publish unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content.
• Don't use the service to spam, harass, or violate any connected platform's rules.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its AI quotas.

Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, each governed by its own terms. We aren't responsible for changes, outages, rejections or policy enforcement by those platforms. Sandbox/unverified app limits imposed by a platform may restrict publishing until the platform approves the integration.

AI-generated content

Clips, captions, titles and images may be generated with AI and can contain errors. You're responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alligent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost revenue, or content that fails to publish due to platform or third-party issues.

Termination

You may stop using Alligent and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
